To keep a quiet, relaxed atmosphere we ask that all cell phones be turned off while visiting. For the safety of our clients, we ask that children not be brought to the Spa. Our Appointment Policies:
Reservations...We advise you to make reservations in advance by calling (585) 243-3350 or simply fill out an appointment request to reserve a service(s) or book a package. We ask that you provide a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your reservation.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY... We require the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice or the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows will be charged 100%.
